We are actively seeking both a skilled Senior Project Manager or an experienced Project Manager to lead glazing projects in the Washington, DC and Maryland area. If you are a results-driven professional with a solid background in glazing project management, we invite you to join our team and take your career to new heights.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage glazing projects from start to finish
- Oversee aluminum and glass systems (Curtainwall, Storefront, Interior Projects).
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders (GCs, subcontractors, architects).
- Achieve budget goals and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead procurement, scheduling, budgeting, communications, and change management.
- Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality standards and meet deadlines.
- Use LogiCal software for effective project management.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Glass and Glazing Industry experience with successful project management.
- Proficiency in Aluminum and Glass systems (Curtainwall, Storefront, Interiors).
- History of collaborative work with GCs, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Proven budget management and cost-effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, architects, and management.
- Familiarity with project management software, preferably LogiCal.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
